Noob here but not new to building/tweaking systems.

I've read the main page for a long time but never really noticed these forums before... good stuff here! I have an embarrassing number of posts on another rather large "tech" forum that I simply decided was too big and impersonal. This place looks pretty darned cool. I may have to stick around.

We're a, how can I put it, calmer group then most other rather large tech forums. I like that here if you have a question you can ask it and not get flamed 7 ways to Sunday for being a "noob"

I try to be real noob friendly too. We were all noobs once. I remember way back when building my first system and having a million questions so I'm always happy to answer what might seem like a dumb question. And every once in a while I have a question too.
