Danger Den Cooling Blocks on a Koolance Exo

Postby DMB2000uk » Tue Feb 05, 2008 8:30 am

Anyone think there might be a problem with putting dangerden (low pressure?) cooling blocks on this high pressure Koolance Exo?

I know someone that is cautious about this (concerened the seals on the dangerden blocks won't handle the pressure), but not knowing enough about this I didn't think there would be a problem. So I've turned to people with more experience than me.

They have upgraded the tubing on the exo to 3/8".

LOL....Koolance isn't any more high pressure than any of the other systems out there.............they use the same Laing pumps as everyone else.

To answer your question, Danger Den blocks will work just fine on the Koolance loop.

If you check out the link below, you'll see that all the Koolance pumps are the standard Laing D5's and DDC versions (except for their old old under powered units) with a different Koolance name..................

Thanks for confirming what I though.

I didn't think there would be an issue, but thought that I best just check it out before I gave the all clear.
