AMD 780G Chipset Motherboard Preview

During a recent trip to visit ATI we got a chance to see numerous AMD 780G motherboards and while we are finishing up our 780G review this should hold you over. With the 780G and SB700 chipsets motherboard manufacturers can come up with some interesting designs and today we will be showing you what ASUS, ECS, Foxconn, Gigabyte, MSI, J&W and Jetway have developed.

Nice preview. The MSI MS-7411 looks like a really nice fit for HTPCs. The GIGABYTE is now available for $100 from the egg. Hopefully, the MS-7411 would cost around the same.

I'm not sure, but it looks like the MSI MS-4711 might only be available in the MSI Media Live unit... Not sure yet and MSI has declined to comment since it isn't coming out till Q3.

Seriously, they'd sell a lot more if they make it available as a separate motherboard. Assuming the price is reasonable, of course.
