Its real hard to get excited about anything 9600 when, a) 8800 G92 is out, and b) 9800 is just around the corner.

I just want Apop to lay down some 9600GT, Preferably 2x Evga SSC Editions SLI benchies.. No need for slamming the 9600GT its sitting at an amazing price:Performance ratio.. And From the Orginial Review of the 9600's that LR posted the SSC Edition Out performs in some cases the 3870, In Xfire mode, the 3870, is just below the 3870x2, Im interested to see if SLI'd 9600GT's would out perform the 3870x2.

You can pick up 2x9600GT SSC for $410, Pretty shibby if you ask me.

I've read a few threads about em, but... I do not trust most online sources.

If you're willing to spend 400$+, just wait for the 8900... uhh I mean 9800's.

If I wanted to SLAM the 9600, I would have called it a POS, but I didn't. I don't think the price is so amazing, considering the 8800GT dropping to ~$190 and is a much better performer.

When the price of the 9600 drops to ~$125 then it will be a good value for a budget card.
