Razer sponsors this season’s TeamLiquid Star League
In line with Razer’s ongoing initiative to support the gaming community, Razer is pleased to announce its sponsorship of this season’s Razer|TeamLiquid Star League (TSL), organized by TeamLiquid.

As the largest global StarCraft community outside of Korea, TeamLiquid has successfully organized the TeamLiquid Star League for a number of years and with Razer’s sponsorship, will be able to bring the game to even more enthusiasts.

Razer will be providing cash prizes for the entire prize pool, up to the tune of US$10,000. Razer will also be sponsoring the streaming of replays of the games live to viewers at http://razertsl.teamliquid.net

During the initial 16 Ladder Tournament which recently started, there were as many as 1800 live viewers on the first day (May 10) and 2500 live viewers on the second day (May 11). As competition gets more intense and frenetic, Razer expects more viewers to stream the videos towards the end of the tournament.

Additionally, to get the entire community involved in the Razer|TSL, Razer will be running a Guess the Winner contest at http://www2.razerzone.com/contest/tsl where 3 winners will each stand to win the latest hard mousing surface from Razer, the Razer Destructor, by correctly predicting the champion of this season’s league championships.
