I am using 2 sticks of Transcend 2BG modules at Dual channel on a MSi K9AG Neo2 Digital. I used CPU-Z to see the memory speed and timings. it shows 357 instead of 400. My cpu multiplier was 12.5. I changed it to 12 and it is 400 now. But processor speed is now 2.4GHz which was 2.5GHz.
What is good for me? using AMD 4800+ @2.5=200x12.5 with 357MHz memory speed or AMD 4800+ @2.4=200x12.0 with 400MHz memory speed.

are you folding for team LR? And I saw that discussion in Toms Hardware. I can still get almost 2.6 with 12 multiplier by O.C. So i think 400MHz memory is helping. What do you say.
