Another thing I notice is that you say 250fps. As I understand it, you mean frames per second. The human eyeball can only see at roughly 60 frames per second, which is to say that anything above that is wasted.

I'd say you are doing fine. If you are getting stuttering in game it might be the driver. Try and find an older/newer driver that people report as being good for the game(s) you play.
