HELP!! Modding PCI-E cable

I brought one of those kits that lets you modify all the connectors from your power supply. I brought it in Ultra Green I modified my molex connctord both male and female. The kit came with 2 tools to loosen the pins so you can pull out the cables. Now i would like to do my PCI-E connectors but the tools do not fit in them and for the life of me i cant find a way to get the connectors off. Does anyone know how to get these off. Please help
