or any other way to stop getting them, the ones that are left are ones that DONT have opt-out options(had about 100 different types of emails that had that as well)
if theres nothing you know of, say so, i don't really care as i've made a new gmail account since this one for that reason

I just made a new email account. It is a real pain, but so is all of the spam.

You could always just stop using email.

A few points on how to prevent SPAM from knowing your address.

- Don't enter a contest with your main e-mail. That list is re-sold to the SPAM world.

- Don't post your e-mail address on-line anywhere.

- Don't share your e-mail address on Facebook, MySpace and the like.

- Treat you e-mail address nearly as well as your SS number. Only those who need to know get it.

- Avoid giving our your e-mail address to people who will constantly send you poems, cute stories, and the like without using BCC list. SPAMMERS love to get an active list like that.

- Do not opt out of stuff using your e-mail address. That only says the address is alive and active.

- Careful to what news groups, tweets and the like you sign up with.

If you have something like gmail then you don't have any control over the antispam measures.
A good thing to do is have a secondary e-mail that you use to sign up for things and who cares if that e-mail gets all the spam.
