Is NB frequency 3184 mhz ok?

I have 6gb corsair dominator ddr3 running at 1600 with 796 mhz dram frequency. Timing is set to 8-8-8-24. This is on a evga x58 sli motherboard. Is it ok running at nb frequency of 3184 mhz?

Should last however long you keep the ram if not longer. If the ram is 1600 and you run it at 1600, then I wouldn't worry about how long it lasts unless you go higher
