Selling Gaming PC + Monitor 4 Holidays

Hello, I'm going to be selling my PC with my monitor in about a month. I've had this PC for about 2 1/2 years with absolutely no issues at all and all of my parts still have warranties. I will be updating this post with pics/screens/videos/etc. in the next month or so, just wanting to see who is interested. The reason I am selling is because I'm building myself a new PC for the Holidays.

My CPU temperature at full load is: 45-49 Celsius and about 35-45 Idle/Min. Load System Stays at about 40 Celsius

Counter Strike Source:
Max. FPS 200+
Min. FPS: 70
Average FPS: 120-150

Full Settings, AA On

Left 4 Dead 2 and Team Fortress 2

Both run High/Very High Settings with no lag and FPS over 70.

World of Warcraft
Run at Medium-High Settings with constant 45+ FPS.
Low-Medium can run at 70+ FPS in all cities (except Dalaran, 40+ FPS there) and most raids

Can handle Call of Duty 4, Warcraft 3, Battlefield 2142, Battlefield 2, Borderlands, Fallout 3 with great FPS.

Mouse and Keyboard: Can work something out with you if you need them.

This PC still continues to run high end games without lag and FPS Averages of well over the recommended 70 for good playability. It is not only the perfect gift for someone you know for Christmas, Birthdays , etc. but a great Gaming PC to start out with. The warranties are still intact and you are guaranteed the computer will arrive in excellent condition.

For this build I am looking at a very good price of around $750 for the Custom PC and Monitor.
I will be able to sell it starting around December 10th, 2009 and have it shipped quickly for the Holidays.
