PCI Express Bus Speed?

I would like to know what the PCI Express Bus Speed does? i am just curious of this bios feature!
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16GHz @ 3.562GHz With Zalman 9500 Cooler
Memory: 4094MB Nvidia SLI Dual Channel DDR2 800Mhz @ 750Mhz 4-4-4-15
Hard Drive: 500GB Samsung Spinpoint F1
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT SLI 650/1625/1000
Monitor: HP Generic PnP Monitor 17" 1280x1024
Operating System: Windows Vista™ Home Premium Service Pack 1
Motherboard: ASRock Penryn 1600 SLI 110db
Case: Raid Max Corba Silver and Red With Ezcool Tornado 800Watt PSU

in general you shouldn't touch it (you guys can fill in why, as i don't really know why aside from "it hinders Overclocks' stability")

imma guess it says 100 MHz?

yeah it does. and if changing it messes overclocking then i'll leave it lol.

Another question i have is my system uses 550 watts max load but what 12v amperage would it use as i have 16a on each of the 2 12v's that i have?

Lock it in at 100Mhz while you're overclocking.

i have overclocked my 9800gt's from Core Clock 600 to 650, Shader Clock 1500 to 1550 and Memory Clock 900 to 1000! Would you say this is a reasonable overclock although i have not noticed that much difference, only like 4 fps in game difference.
