hdcp problem when in clone mode

system is not hdcp compliant when I have my TV in living room hooked up as wll as my viewsonic monitor. all devices are HDCP compatible. my card is a NVIDIA geforce 9800 Gt and I have read that this is correct - if I use dualview, everything works,but I need the clone mode. is there any of the new HDMI cards that will handle two monitors and HDCP?
