Palm desktop

Does anyone know where programs like Palm desktop store the contact info you save into the address book?? Do they put it into a My documents folder of is it within their program?

last time I used a Palm was back in the late 90's - early 2000's. It stored stuff in its own little file. The software could push/pull from something like Outlook though.

I would back up the Palm to the desktop software, then push to outlook as a back up. Could then also export it from outlook to excel.

Thanks Bubba. I was trying to find the file on a crashed HDD that I still need to run a recovery program on. It seems the entire My Documents folder is lost so I was hoping the info was not in that file.
