Hey I was wanting a 64 bit vista home premium oem cd
I don't need key or license i just need to reinstall windows

honestly, I would search google for a torrent. You do not want to steal it, you just want to reinstall it, so I honestly do not see the harm in downloading it.

If you have no way to download and burn it then maybe try a local computer repair shop or craigslist. Most people will want to charge you for it probably.

Can't you get the ISO from Microsoft's website? Nevermind, I guess you need to have a MSDN subscription. I did find this...

I found some cds on ebay i think I might try their if nothing else
