LAN game suggestions

A couple of friends and I are getting together for a small LAN this weekend, and are looking for some new games to play. They don't have to be the latest titles but something new to play around with. We typically play the same few games everytime and I'm getting a little bored with them. Our typical selections include Call of Duty Modern Warfare, Left 4 Dead, HALO and HALO 2. While they are all great games some of us want to play something different. The system requirements can't be to terribly high, as some of them don't have the latest and greatest hardware. We would also like to keep the cost as low as possible. Let me know what you guys think.

funny I just posted the same question not to long ago and didnt get many suggestions. I had 10 people and we ended up playing BF3 for about 14hours. two games I found that were free were Team Fortress 2 - off of Steam. And Battle Forge - a free RTS game from EA

you can actually find a some good free games on steam for multiplayer - Alien Swarm (shooter) is another one.

I second the recommendation of Team Fortress 2. Also, you could try Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. It's an old game, but still fun.
