Intel Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Sept. 24, 2012 – Intel Corporation's board of directors has declared a 22.5 cents per share (90 cents per share on an annual basis) quarterly dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend will be payable on Dec. 1, 2012 to stockholders of record on Nov. 7, 2012.
