ASUS and Intel’s follow up to the Effie Award-winning In Search of Incredible marketing campaign gains global momentum
ASUS and Intel® today are proud to present In Search of Incredible 2.0 (ISOI 2.0), follow up to the successful, Effie Award-winning In Search of Incredible 1.0 initiative which reached an audience of over 10 million unique users.
Starring an international cast of adventurous trailblazers, ISOI 2.0 combines the human desire to strive for new experiences with innovative products that reshape the way people interact with technology and with each other. The new campaign represents an even more concerted effort to turn incredible dreams into tangible reality.
More incredible than ever
ISOI 2.0 once again sees the close collaboration between ASUS and Intel® deliver innovative marketing strategies and projects that convey the positive impact technology has on the lives of people worldwide. It focuses on great accomplishments by talented and courageous individuals as they use high-profile ASUS products such as the touch-enabled, Windows 8-ready ASUS ZENBOOK™, TAICHI, and Transformer Book. All products integrate the latest Intel® technologies, and all show the ASUS quest for incredible experiences via its technical innovations and customer happiness-centered approach. ISOI 2.0 is the next generation of this unique marketing philosophy, bolstered by the critically-acclaimed, Effie Award-winning ISOI 1.0.
Like its predecessor, ISOI 2.0 has enlisted the participation of notable individuals renowned for accomplishments in their respective fields of expertise. One key element of ISOI 2.0 is a special video produced by ASUS, which involves slackliners and extreme performers Ingrid Laillaut and Julien Millot braving the heights of Mont Blanc. The video was directed by Jason Harrington of BAUHAUS Films, whose credits include commercials for numerous global brands. Narration for the video was provided by actor Josh Hamilton, who previously provided voice work for the animated movie Ice Age 2. Mr. Hamilton also appeared in TV program Outsourced, and has considerable motion picture acting experience, including The Bourne Identity and The Stare. ASUS hero products were photographed by Kenji Aoki, a celebrated photographer based in New York and noted for his highly artistic style.
The search continues in full force
Slackliners Faith Dickey and Tancrede Melet have also joined ISOI 2.0, with additional videos planned to demonstrate the ongoing search for incredible and the potential people hold within themselves. Inspired by this spirit of exploration and adventure, ASUS and Intel® plan an extensive marketing campaign to get the global customer community involved and moved, encouraging personal stories of achievement and amazement while highlighting some of the best consumer technology in the world.
