Hi, im new on this hardware world.. what does this numbers mean???

Geez.....good question!

It's the timings of your ram....It's how quick the ram responds to any requests......Basically the lower the better

mmmmm, im to newbie to understand all what they say on that post (link), but thanks anyway, ive got the basic point, the lower the better (the lower ones are the expensivest LOL).

Yep, that's the way it goes. the higher you run your RAM the higher your latencies/timings need to be to support those speeds. There is a breakpoint however where the lower timings hurt more than larger band width helps. Unfortunately, the only way to determine this point is by trial and error and a lot of benchmarking.

And what about non-unbufered and ECC?

Unbuffered ram is the standard ram that's in your pc....
ECC & or registered ram is for servers and mission critical stuff...

ecc ram is more expensive and slower than unbuffered ram.....
Most good motherboards support it.......but stay away from it.....
