Has anybody seen these RAM boosters on the market yet? I've been dying to buy one (or two) to plug into my board, but can't find them anywhere. Link me up somebody

I got one the other day. I'm a beta tester so that is how I got mine but a few online shops already had some in stock and soldout so you'll need to wait for the next batches to get out.

In the mean time here are my results so far and some pics.

I was running 3.93V last night for a few hours and memtested overnight at over 3.7 :p

You could have found them here but they all sold out. I would wait till newegg has them because prices should drop across the board.

BTW frozencpu stole my pic

has anyone purchased one of these things since the discussion in june? frozencpu.com has them in stock now (only 3 though) for $56. newegg.com has them for $47.

also, dumb question but will this work with other memory like hyperx, or just ocz memory?

most memory has internally voltage regulated IC's... PCB's and IC's were not designed to filter/run voltages this high... I'd reserve this for the top .05% of overclockers who are expecting to fry stuff.

that makes sense. seems like this thing would really have taken off if it is as useful as they claim.

Yeh, I got one. Firstly, mine doesn't have a copper heatsink, it's aluminium - same shape tho.
The unit itself worked really well, it was easy to dialup the required voltage, reset it to another voltage - no problems calibrating it whatsoever.
There's only one problem, the system must see the device as being an actual RAM stick, coz as soon as I place it in the 1st slot (can't fit anywhere else), and put my 2x 512MB sticks of Corsair XMS3500 (BH-5) in, it goes from 1T to 2T, and I lose about 2,000 in 3DMark2001SE.
Sadly, I will have to sell it.
:(
Oh, by the way, I have a DFI LANparty UT nF3 250Gb mobo.
