Here is a water cooler that puts most to shame!

The systems run pressure is 20 PSI into the filter and 18 PSI out of the filter. the stall pressure(all valves shut) is 40 PSI.

The pump's normal run current is 2.5A and its run current at stall pressure is 3.68 which the SLO-BLO 3A will run indefinitely. The 3A SLO-BLO burns out at 6A after 10 seconds. The lock rotor current of the pump is 5-6A so that shouldn't be a problem. The new pump puts out 60PSI(stall) and 30PSI(run). Its stall current is 5.25A and its run current is 3.82A and I have it on a 4A SLO-BLO fuse.

Was just looking out at Google today to see who was talking about my site. Thanks for the plug about my cooling system. Ive since decommissioned it but while it was running it was a good piece of hardware and certainly a learning experience for me. I think my next high end rig will be a sealed case with a smaller and hopefully more efficient version of that cooling system cooling it.

Nice board you have here btw... is this phpbb3?

Interesting, I could see something like this for PC's in a machine shop to help seal them off from the coolant over spray. Nice design.

Oh, yeah its phpBB 3, tweaked slightly.

Nothing like a box fan for cooling.
