XFX 8800 GTX XXX Edition Graphics Card Review

Postby Apoptosis » Tue Jan 16, 2007 8:34 am

Today Legit Reviews looks at the XFX 8800 GTX 'XXX' edition, which is an overclocked 8800 GTX that comes with clock frequencies of 630MHz on the GPU and 2.0GHz memory. The reference design provided by Nvidia runs on a 575 MHz GPU and 1.8 MHz memory clock. We compare the XFX 8800 GTX to 18 other PCIe video cards and see how it performs against our other test cards.

We weren't able to increase the core speed over the shipped specification of 630MHz but it was capable of 100MHz overclock on the memory, coming in at 1050MHz (2.1GHz effective). Let's see how that translates into performance...

Or you can also use the bbcode
Code: Select all
[quote="name of person here"]quoted text here[/quote]

This is useful if your quoting someone from another site or an news article etc.
