good luck everyone.. btw why do people need a new motherboard.. I mean if you get this one doesn't it mean you need to get a better processor and maybe more ram/better graphics card.. I see this prize will doom who ever wins it :D XD ahahah.

That or it will finally give them the excuse they have been looking for to upgrade. That's how I would see it. I would run out and buy a core 2 duo and pop my current gfx and put my old one back in my comp or something if I had entered. I would see it not as a curse but as something else to build. Though it might take a couple months to get the rest of the parts.

yeah... I'd just build a new machine in the next few weeks. Processor prices have dropped recently. Memory prices have plummeted since I built my machine 3 months ago. Hard drives are always cheap. Add another machine to the folding team.
