As I mentioned in the review... 1066Mhz modules will likely use 1.5V with 1333-1400MHz using 1.7V I could only imagine that 1600 and above would use around 1.8-1.9V, but no one knows as no one can get a 2GB kit over ~1450 or so with stability. 4GB kits are worse and no one is even talking about 4GB 1333Mhz kits to be honest.
When DDR2 came out they said we would see 800MHz... DDR3 is saying 1600MHz will be standard down the road... Since DDR2 is hitting over 1300MHz it's safe to say that DDR3 will hit will over 2000MHz, but it will take over a year if I had to guess.
