That's a nice OC for a Q6600, what sort of volts are you having to throw at it?

1.525 to get it to boot into Vista and run a few benchmarks, it's really more than I like putting to a chip............... :shock:

I'm currently running it at 3.6 24/7, I think I'll be setteling on that, at least for now.

So, you got one of the bad boy Q6600s. You could get back into the game of folding for LR without even flexing a muscle to move to the top.

Don't really know for sure, it fails Prime95 to soon (under 30 mins) to get a stable temp reading......... :lol:

Just a little update with a couple little mods and changes.............. :shock:

I made a new mount for my MCP655 so I could mount it in the upper part of the HD bays so I could shorten up the tubing a bunch and I also re-installed my bay rez (got tired of messing with the "T" line).
I also cut out the back of my MoBo tray to make it easier to remove and install different water blocks, it also helps a bunch to vent heat away from the back of the CPU area on the back of the MoBo......... :lol:

Right now I'm not overly impressed with the GTZ, it does perform a little better than the GTX (2C load), but the base comes pre-bowed and for my CPU, it seems to be bowed a little to much to make perfect contact.

I'll post more on the block after I talk to Gabe about the issue.

like the mounting scheme for the pump! is it noisey at all? ive got some mesh lying around here

The pump mount has a piece of 1/8" neoprene between the mount and the case that absorbs all the vibration so it isn't transmitted to the case.

It quieted things down a bunch............... O:)

I really like this cube case. Can't afford to buy one, so I built one.
Just pulled my motherboard tray out to cut and access hole to the back of the CPU and now see I'm still
copying. Oh well if you can't beat them, join them I guess.
