wrong disk type

Postby Merlin » Wed Jan 28, 2009 7:12 pm

I am trying to burn a DVD off of Pinnacle studio 9 but it keeps saying that I have to wrond disk type...I have a DVD+R in the drive. Is it possible I need some new drivers or something?? When I put the disk in it asks me what I want to do and all the options are for CDs not DVDs.

What is the size of the disk you're using? you could have a 4.5GB DVD (single layer) and its wanting a 8.5GB DVD (dual layer)

stupid question i know, but usually if the options are for CD's, its because its a CD Burner so just wanted to make sure, you have a DVD burner there right?

Also, you are not using it with Vista are you?
