ATI HD 3850 AGP & x1950 PRO,
both are agp 8x 1.5v, which are their yields?

PCIe. Ditch the AGP. I'm not sure about nVidia but ATI has had nothing but problems with AGP and newer GPU's. But if you must, go with the HD3850. It's faster and newer.

all deepends on what CPU your going to pair it with socket A or 478 then x1900pro socket 939 or LGA775 3850
