Do you need the installation? Or just a legit key? I have about 5 or 6 home edition keys, but am currently using a corporate edition version my buddy(computer shop owner) gave me.

Just a legit key. XP users cannot upgrade their XP install to Win 7 but Vista users can (if they want).

Well, it's around 10 keys for most of the operating systems and other software. Some software has one key that can be used multiple times. It doesn't explicitly say how many keys you get on Technet Plus, but you can keep requesting keys at the website until it stops giving them to you... I have about 50 Win 7 RC keys...
