Anyway, you'll just have to wait and see what the ultimate purpose those fan body's will serve.
But in other news, the cloudy/rainy weather here in the cornfields of Allendale, Michigan has turned and we had a nice warm, sunny afternoon. So you know what that means..... :mrgreen:

I managed to finish up all of the cutting via the Dremel! PHEW!!!
First task was to get that damn dual 40mm fan bracket situation fidgered out. I ended up redesigning it a little bit and I think I am happy with the results:

After that whole ordeal, I went back to attack the front intake in an attempt to increase airflow through the already small opening:

I am still waiting for all my fans and other "accessories" to arrive so tomorrow I hope to get all the cuts filed down, the window installed and try to get all of the metal shavings out of the case. Anyone know something that works good to clean all that crap up?

Those bastard files are more expensive than I thought too! Literally though, they are bastards...

Yeah, I'm still gonna go with the factory side panel with the window on the Tsunami Dream. I might even go with the same layout you have, because at this point, that is the best layout I've seen, and it would benefit me since I want to keep this one nice and cool. Later on, I plan on building another system using either an Antec P180 or something equivalent. Gotta concentrate on the first one right now

BTW, where did you get the chrome accents for the window setup?

get a file brush and clean the file every so often and the file will last you a very long time.

I like the brass ones, not to hard ont he file but stong enough to get the shavings out of the file teeth.

Thanks for all your input. I still have a few more little projects to get done with this case so it still has a ways to go before I can fill it up with my hardware and get it up and running. But I am leaving for cross country camp tomorrow so there won't be any updates 'till next week. But by then I should have all my stuff in and I will be able to put the finishing touches on this bad boy :mrgreen:

Oh, the window molding is actually just chrome door molding purchased from AutoZone. It even has an adhesive substance in the channel so it sticks when you install it! :drinkers:

ok, HUGE update for ya this time!!! :mrgreen:

First up is one of a few accessories I decided to add (gotta love ebay):

Next I added an on/off switch to those empty 120mm blue LED fan frames and put them to good use as spacers for a duct past the PSU on the top 120mm intake fan:

It was a close fit with the PSU but made for a good place to hide wires:

I then decided to add this switch to the front panel area along with a dedicated processor fan speed controller and digital temperature display all in a custom multifunction front panel display in an empty 5.25" drive bay cover:

Then I had to mod my new heatsink fan a little bit:

Then it was on to that ever-annoying dual 40mm fan bracket:

Now on to installing the rest of the cooling and components:

The wire management took WAAAYYY longer than I thougt (about 3 hours!):

Sorry for the blurry night pic, I'm pretty tired and didn't feel like taking the time to make it good. Plus one of the wires on one of the fan frames with the blue LED's fell off so I had to kindof tape it back on and it didn't want to work right after that so this is with only one frame of LED's (3 total).

Now I need some sleep!!!

The top 120mm fan is intake right now and I have the Swiftech MCX159-A on the NF4 Ultra chipset.
