ASUS Crosshair III vs. MSI 790FX-GD70

I'm getting ready to begin a new project and I cannot decide which of these two boards to use. The MSI board has room for 4 PCIe cards which could equate to one heck of a Crossfire setup later but may turn out to be completely useless.

The ASUS board has the ASUS name and quality reputation in addition to the better sound card of the two machines.

Which of the two boards do you guys like and why?

I have an MSI and and a few ASUS boards up and running but,
IMHO ASUS will be my first choice everytime!

So what board did you finally go with?
I am considering the Crosshair III Formula with an AMD 965BE
Not sure is there anything out there better?

I'm seriously considering the Crosshair III as well for my next upgrade it looks sweet.
