Questions about Processor

Hi all, I'm new to this forum and I need help urgently. I was stuck with a question regarding listing 5 or more features about the difference between pentium 1 2 3 and 4. All I can think of are Speed, Size,Memory. Would really appreciate for the help thanks!

Die size, instruction sets (SSE, MMX, etc). Onboard cache (P2-4) vs. motherboard based cache (P1). Socket types (P1-3 I believe all had slot processor options). The voltage requirements (VCore).
