The Radeon HD 4350 is 96 gigaFLOPS

The 785G chipset has just 40 Gflops for example, so yes this would be an improvement for nearly all integrated solutions

This will be a great drop-in card for corporate environments to slap in the slim Dell boxes. I see the VGA port is added with a ribbon cable, so it is safe to assume it will come with a slim sized bracket! Finally offering a replacement for those legacy PCI graphics cards! Only thing it is missing is the dual, DVI port with Y-adapter for dual DVI monitors instead of the standard single DVI port that only supports one DVI monitor.

The card's pretty expensive; costs more than a 4850 that's on sale! I checked Newegg.com and it's $99.99 for it . WIsh they would sell it for cheaper.

Oh yeah, they DO include a slim size bracket, and the VGA port can be removed if it's unneeded.

I looked at the specs of your pc and you do not have any pci express ports.
Therefore this card will not work in your pc.

What if you have two 4350's laying around and wanted to Crossfire them? Would it boost performance at all? is it even worth buying a crossfire cable to do so?

Yep, you're right. I dug out my mobo manual and find that it supports ATI Hybrid CrossfireX, and makes no mention of any cables needed. I'm not sure what CrossfireX does, can you clue me in?

hybrid crossfire is simply one card + the onboard graphics(marginal gain, teh board and gfx card combine some power via PCIe slot) whereas crossfireX combines two or more graphics cards for great performance gains (near double performance, via Crossfire connectors)

(with over ~$80 graphics cards hybrid crossfire HURTS performance, with really low end cards it bumps a couple FPS)

Ahhh, I see. The reason I have these is that I bought a Gigabyte 4350 OC awhile back, and recently inherited a XFX 4350 and since the 2 mobos I have now have HD4290 and HD4200 onboard I figured they weren't really much of a boost over the onboard. I thought that if I could crossfire them using the 890X chipped mobo that offers the Hybrid CrossfireX that I could have something strong enough to use for folding, at least something stronger than just the onboard HD4290. Oh well. Thanks for the info!
