Twitter over capacity

I'm sure some of you have seen this but I never go on here much..But this struck me as funnier than hell when at 730am PST, this message happens. It's basically the biggest reminder that most of this world no longer has a life

twitter is overcapacity 60% of the time i use it (10-15 times per day)

If Google had the same thing happen, it'd affect the economy. While Twitter is widely used, is it a money-maker? I guess it's a good advertising tool.

With the amount of people using it, I'd say it's a decent advertising tool.

On a side note, I want to point out that my comment about "people not having a life on Twitter" was aimed at the world, not at the good people of LR. .
