New GPU for my current rig?

i'm looking at the gtx 560 and the gtx 560 ti. i will be using one of these cards in my current rig in my sig. i can get a 560 for £105 and i can get the gtx 560 ti for £160. i know the gtx 560 ti is more powerful but for the price is the 560 more worth it? bearing in mind price is an issue so if anyone can find a cheaper 560 ti i'm sold?

The only difference I can see between the two is the Ti has more shader units. Given that alone I don't see the benefit of spending £55 more on the Ti. Also, you can overclock the GTX 560 and might be able to get 560 Ti performance.
