If you live in Europe and would like to enter and pick up the shipping costs from ECS (California to Europe) then I don't believe that would be an issue. ECS is sponsoring this months contest and they put the North/South America limitation on the contest because I believe they are trying to compile an e-mail list for their Western marketing department. I don't know this for sure, but I believe that is why they are after your e-mails and all that.
