Where can I find nhibitor?

Looking to download nhibitor... anyone know where I can find it?

OR does anyone know what other program will allow for voltage changes on a 7900GS?

I don't think you can add more voltage via a bios mod anymore since the geforce 6 series. The options are there when you edit the bios but it does nothing......at least with my 7800gtx It done nothing (tested with DMM)
