and no, I'm not changing to Intel anytime soon soo.....My 3 cpu cores against anything you got........ehh?

yeah, everytime I think I've got you, you pull just a touch ahead. I have all ways had the goal of the top 10. One work unit at a time

I just wish I had machines to set up just for folding at 100% 24/7. Right now I only have 5 mchines, only one of those folds 95% 24/7, the others fold at 80% 5 days a week 24hr a day. If I could get them to leave their machines on I would be doing better.

the machines I have folding for me,

1 PentD 820 - 80% core 1, 100% core 2
2 pentD 820 - 80% core 2
2 P4 2.2 - 80%

I hope to add 5 more pentD's here in the next couple days, those I should be able to run 80/100 and not bother the user.

I have to due something here in about a month I'm going to be passed by Stueck and Wicked, guess its all good that means that you're in the same boat :lol:

The challenge should be if you can beat me before Stueck and Wicked does.....That gives you about 1mth.

I only fold when I'm home from work and 24/7 during the weekends
BUT i have a slight ace up my sleave! I'm getting a new motherboard next week, so I can finally OC this 3800+ :finga:

BUT this is a bank holday weekend here, and I've got 2moro booked off work......I shall be folding 24/7 till Tues morning and the new motherboard will be here early next week........I don't think your upto it ;) Prove me wrong... :finga:

LOL, all my machines had GROMAC cores and finshed all on the same day. They are all chunking away at another set of GROMAC cores, I might make it to the top 10, how ever brief stay it may be :lol:

Rig is back up and running for now.......I've installed 2003 server.....just for extra stability :roll:

But should have my new board on Tues/Wed, so I can see what this ~ €150 X2 can do :evil:

You can still beat me.......My rig crashed again last night.......I get memory errors even with 1x 512mb stick and using win '03 server

Also I found out the new motherboard will be delayed till towards the end of the week.

I'm still only folding when I'm home from work, but damn!

Current Setup
X2 3800+ @ 2.6GHz + 2GB @ DDR520 - One core Foldinig
Laptop 1.7 Pentium M + 768MB DDR2

X1900XTX OC'd (675MHz / 1.8GHz mem) = 330pts every ~10hrs!

-> 'bout time I started folding with this.

well I have 5 dualcore intel machines that run 24/7, of that 5, 3 of the only fold m-f 24/7 at 80%, the last 2 run at 80% 24/7 all the time. Getting ready to fire up a 6th one 90% on both cores to run 24/7/7, just haven't got around to doing it. I'm hoping that adding the 6th box will get me to 10k a month, getting closer little over 7k last month.

guess you being down for that short time got me enough of a gap to stay ahead.

I do have a couple of aces up my sleeve though. There's a P4 sitting beside me doing nothing..............even Dicecca112 offered his C2D chip for the cause "mods stick together"
