As of late it seems that each week I have at least 2 to 3 articles on yet another data disclosure of people's information and normally the SSN is involved. This is getting insane. Hellllllooooooooo people - stop storing and/or disposing...

It has been a long time since a cable has been needed between the optical drive and sound card or sound chip. Most modern systems will use the motherboard itself to transfer the sound from the drive to sound chip. Might sound odd but then again you don't have a sound cable coming from the hard drive...

But you forgot the sheer absolute joy of converting from x86 Office Outlook to MAC Office Entourage.  That actually prevented me from considering Office due to the insane lack of wisdom on Microsoft's part on this. From what...

Air cooling and I would prefer having all the computers in their own air conditioned room. I hate noise which futher makes me hate water cooling. The noise of the fans on the Koolance system I built a few years ago was much louder than I expected and I was even using a Lian-Li with the sound deafeni...

I have the connect3D X800GTO and after trying and failed I found a utility that checked to see if the chip was locked which confirmed why I failed in getting the chip unlocked. Maybe there is a utility like that for the Sapphire?

I don't use computers for much gaming. I mean Myst V and Civ IV are about the most demanding games I play. However, my NLE machine does have a relatively powerful GPU for when I'm ready to encode in HD with Avid Liquid. :)
