Re: Need new mouse - suggestions wanted
My favorite game mouse was Cougar 200M, I won it at the student championship in the League of Legends when I lived in Ukraine. It has truly served me for 3 years. Then I could not find a suitable mouse for a long time, expensive ones, like Razer, were very uncomfortable in my hand. In fact, I still...

Re: 2nd Gen AMD Ryzen CPU Pre-Sales Have Already Started
Price seems to be going in the right direction....lower! now we have to wait to see if the speed is something to smack Intel in the face with....... Although I said that about the initial releases and that did not pan out. Come on AMD, i am rooting for you to be the price leader with the speed to do...

Re: Game Load Time Benchmarking – Shootout With Six SSDs and One HDD
Anyone else old enough to remember RAM drives. Take part of your system memory and load a game onto it and run from there rather than a hard drive. Do they still have programs to split your system memory to do that? Is it possible now a days? With the size of the games you would need a lot of memory...

So it would only cost me $25,000 (give or take a few dollars for tax, etc) to replace my 8TB WD Red drives in my NAS with these. It would be REALLY fast though....and cool......hmmm, let me run this by the wife..... She gave me the "look" so I take that as a maybe  For mas...

I ordered a SNES classic, supposed to be here tomorrow(Fri)
They were in stock at several places on Tues.
I know its a bit late to ask now, but is it worth the cost to get HDMI?
SNES Classic is HDMI....should have a cable included.

Re: Do I need new OS
With Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10 - maybe. If it is OEM then 99% definite you need a new copy of Windows. If it is a retail copy you can usually call Microsoft and explain your motherboard died and you had to replace and they will normally allow a 1 time re-activation (the automated system used to work ...

From what I have read, you are right, the answer is no. Just wont fit.
Would be nice if they would make new blocks that would match the pins up for motherboards so you could change chips and keep your MB but that would take money out of their pockets ;)

Transcript? I hate when people post a video without a transcript!!!!!! I don't want to waste my limited bandwidth watching something that I could read in a few paragraphs. And it's 9 frakking minutes! Ugh. So here is the blurb on the video... This segment will appear on tomorrow's wrapup but I wanted...

Re: Corsair Obsidian 500D Premium Mid-Tower Case Review
I think he said it because more and more cases are not including the bays so you have to use external. Like laptops. I have my old Dell 1645 that I got with a bluray drive. I cant find hardly any laptops that have bluray anymore so if it goes belly up I would need to get an external one. Companies ...

Yep it does make sense man! If I could afford a new system with high end video cards, I would be mining too. Just the extreme cost of making any sort of decent money is out of reach right now and the low end of things doesn't seem worth the wear and tear on the other pieces of my computer. Article o...

I use external USB now for ripping movies :( You say this with a Sad Face, why is that? Is ripping and storage a bad thing(to you) or a good thing? Cryptocurrency prices are down right now, but these cards are looking at turning in a revenue of about $1 per day before electric expenses $30 a month before electric costs....no, just no LOL. Now if there is one that can run on an old core i7 cpu or super low end gpu (gtx660 or 650) and bring in a...

Re: AMD Ryzen 5 2400G and Ryzen 3 2200G CPU Reviews
Seems like a nice cheap solution for lower to mid end gaming but really disappointed in the video conversion / media speeds. They are cheap processors so a little give and take on performance has to be expected I guess. And what in the hell is up with memory pricing. I thought it was going to be hea...
