Re: AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2990WX Processor Review

So surprising that the software was never developed for open ended threads. Maybe I do not understand programming in this day and age but it just seems a little lazy to not bother thinking ahead. 4.1ghz on all cores - my lord I could hear it screaming up here in Pennsylvania! This is what AMD is SUP...

Re: AUKEY Dash Cam DR01 Review

We also noticed with this continually recording camera is that it doesn’t record continuous video. It records clips that are either 1, 3, or 10 minutes long Soooo....it might or might not capture that accident waiting to happen? lol We do not have a dash cam but I think they are a great addition to...

Re: How Quick Is The Netgear RMA / Warranty Process in 2018?

Biggest problem with the RMA process is that most people do not have backup equipment so they would literally be without wifi that entire time. This is so unacceptable in todays world. Cross shipping should be allowed with providing a credit card so at least you could get a replacement within a few ...

4 SATA connectors on MB went bad it seems..??

Ok so I have 8 SATA ports on the MB and 4 of them seem to not be working all of a sudden. I had drives hooked up and they are just gone. If I swap the cables around I can get 4 of the 8 ports to show all the drives but not the others. Could this be a driver gone wonky or is it the MB itself going ba...

Re: ADATA XPG Spectrix D40 16GB RGB DDR4 Memory Review

What happened to make memory so damn expensive? I remember saying $40 for 16gb was too much and waited for it to go on sale!

Seems cool with the lighting and all but the all around memory prices need to come down a LOT.

Totally impressed at the price and how well it works. Self-encrypting drive at this price point is a huge plus for businesses that need this sort of thing. I don't think I would ever use it for home use though. Then again, I don't have anything people would want to steal LOL

none because email marketing is a huge black mark on the entire world and overloads servers having to deal with all the junk/crap that people send out. All email should be banned unless the user specifically requests it. It is so hard to get rid of junk mail once you start to get it! Unsubscribe wor...

Very nice reading!

What is the performance hit with the power management on compared to off? Does it take a second or so to ramp up the pci bus or is it so fast it is not even noticeable?

Re: Bios reset problem

When I switch off and then on the vacation switch on the back of the PSU the BIOS is reset. The bios reset problem is a new issue which may related to another tread I posted in homebuilt (I recently bent/damaged an internal sata port and knocked the case over). I have already replaced the CMOS batt...
