"Replace all child object permission entries with inheritable permission entries from this object"
Basically the children are set to not inherit most likely.

Re: Routers routers rah rah rah
It sounds like the d-link router is the problem, since everything is OK when you connect directly into the modem. Maybe, maybe not. Here is basically what I see are the most likely candidates. You need to check configuration on everything and ideally get rid of that dlink and replace it with someth...

Nuked the spam posts from orbit. Now it reads like you are all calling each other spammers
But yeah, fairly certain the OP is the same spammer as the reply's.

Re: Routers routers rah rah rah
Few things: Many ISP's are horrible about giving out usernames & passwords. If they outright refuse, tell them to either pass you a static through their router that you can take on your own equipment (read router/firewall) or replace the unit with a modem. If they pass the ip or replace with a m...

The CC thing is the issue, having to burn them in is what I figured I would have to resort to doing which means Ill have to double rip everything (once w/cc, once without).

Check out AnyDVD HD Isnt this just a player? I need to rip the disks as the whole point of the exercise is to put the discs in storage. Have you checked out MakeMKV? I have been using that program to try and rip my collection and it works very nicely if you dont want compression. I dont think it wi...

Re: Cloning Two O/S Partitions To Two Separate Drives
I didn't want to do that since I am using a valid key, just one with limited re-installs/re-activations. Dont really have time to read everything on this, but I did catch this quickly. So you know, unless this is a very specific instance the 'limited reinstalls/reativations' thing pretty much just ...

Re: Samsung Galaxy S4 will not get a 4G signal
Sounds like a sim card issue. Might not be the card itself, but could be something with how it is tagged on verizon's systems. I would pop into a store or call them and have them give you a new sim card and see if that fixes it.

Re: ThinkPad predicament
Fairly common on thinkpads used in the enterprise. The 'optical' bay is actually a multi-purpose bay that can be swapped for any number of things (battery is only one of them). Being that I doubt you are going to have a thinkpad bay optical drive, either use a USB optical drive or install from USB i...

Its price per GB not TB , its just a typo. But this brings me the oportunity to ask you to start talking about GiB and TiB instead of GB and TB in the reviews. Many people complains about the fact that 3TB disk have a rought 2,72 "TB" free when are formatted. Thats because the base 10/bas...

I doubt you have access to visual studio or you probably wouldnt be asking this. Assuming that the non-VS way of doing it is described at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315263 Another helpful tool I have used when not having VS on a machine is BlueScreenView which is located at http://www.nirsoft.n...
