ATI Radeon HD 3600 Series Unstable FPS
Good Afternoon, I have Bought a new Graphic Card last night and the quality is good,but for some reason,the graphic are kinda unstable,its keep dropping from 60 fps into 15-25 fps..after 5 sec,it will raise into 60 fps again for 15 sec,and then its keep dropping...Here's some screenshot i take from ...
