Theoretically yes, practically not. It depends on motherboard model - most cheap P67, Z68 or Z75 doesn't support two PCI-E 16x slots with configuration 8x + 8x (or 16x + 16x).
You need to check motherboard specs.

Z77, Z75, P67 and Z68 supports overclocking. All H-, B- and Q- series chipsets doesn't.

If you set for i.e.: TRAS to 18T and boot Windows and run cpu-z or memset do you see TRAS=18T or other value? I can't set timings manualy... Even if i set it to 4-4-4-13-16 (i have Corsair memory based on Powerchip - and Powerchip needs TRAS 13T or 14T) motherboard reads timings from spd and sets: 4...

I've tested my board with BIOS from A2G - it won't work (computer boots but after few seconds reboots).
Somebody uses this board with Brisbane? Does memory timings works for you?

I've flashed NF520-A2 with BIOS from NF520-A2 SE, but afther this board won't boot.
If i find a while, i will try A2G BIOS.
