Remove the ducting...its worthless, doesn't match up with anything and simply gets in the way. I have built 4 systems for friends using this case, and everyone loves it.... without the duct. On my own system, I cut a hole in the side annd mounted a 120mm fan. On one system, I mounted a fan on the si...

Your memory is definitely going to hold you back. I haven't tried using all four slots, but my thinking is you are at 2T, which is not worth the upgrade from 1GB to 2GB. So my suggestion, first one, is to pull two of those sticks out of the system, preferably the cheap stuff.... and increase that DD...

The only board that supports the dual SLI x16 is the ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe...... and it looks to be a sweet board....trouble is trying to find one without paying twice what its worth is damn near impossible. The memory is probably the Corsair 3500LLPRO that I've been playing with for the past week.....

Its great that ram O/Cs so well, but the fact of the matter is that ram, like a proc or board is only guaranteed to its rated speed....you can't blame a compa...

I've been a subscriber to MaxPC since their inception. I like the mag, I like their topic ideas, but agree a lot of their conclusions are flawed.....but I do have to say that in this industry things change rapidly, and trying to get all the information correctly while on a deadline is a tough busine...
