I find no folder with that name. I click on the drive and it opens a list of files including "program files" and others but no "documents and setting" folder appears.

I have tried and the4 back up is no good. All I really need is the My documents and the my pictures folders. I cannot find either on on the older drive. Where are theyt??

I slaved it and it is readable. Could I use a program to copy the whole drive to another HDD? What could have happened that I can get into it and see the files but it will not boot??

I called the IT dept. where I work and the guy siad something about a program I could load onto a disk or flash drive that could test the drive to see if it works. went to turn on my PC and I get " disk read error press control alt delete to reset" I can get into bios fine but no boot. I have tried checking and or moving the HDD connector to a different plug but still same problem. Bios shows the drive connected. Do I have a blown HDD or could it be ...

I got a GTX460 and man alive this thing is soooo much loader than any other video card I have ever had. It sounds like my case is going to take flight. Are there any options other than water cooling to quiet this thing down??

I just need clarification here. In CPU-Z it shows dual channel under the tab # of channels. Under the DC mode is where it says Unganged. I flashed my BIOS for the 955 BE and my ram now shows to be in Unganged mode. What is that and does it perform as well as ganged mode?

It looks like all the ATI cards of the 68 series or above are really large cards. I cannot seem to find one that is less than 9.5" in length and most are 10+ . The MB I have is Micro ATX and the serial ATA ports are located such that I cannot use a card longer than 9". It looks to me like ...

I have not had a chance to put that tool on it yet. The pic is it except the pic is rev. 1.0b mine is a 1.0a and the spot to the left is full with two more dimms.

The MB is an ECS MCP61PM-HM rev. 1.0a the CPU is an AMD Athelon 3800+ socket AM2+. It has a Nvidia 7800GT vid card. The two 512meg sticks are both Hynix, one of the 1 gigers is Hynix the other is another brand. All four sticks are the same speed.

I installed CPU ID in my friends computer to see if the memory was registering as dual channel and I noticed that the Multi on the CPU was changing as I watched. Its a Compaq Presario desktop.
