Re: NZXT IU01 USB 2.0 Internal Expansion Hub Review
Haha. Thanks for the review of an interesting product Nate. I especially appreciated the money shot of 8 devices running off it :) However, you missed out on an obvious opportunity......start 7 jobs copying files to 7 of the drives, THEN run HDTach on the RAIDDrive! Also, one of the newegg "rev...

Hopefully it ships for you, and you can get a review posted asap!
Hopefully this isn't just a glitch in Fry's inventory system, showing availability when it isn't really there. I saw that happen more than once in my days at Best Buy.

Re: AC Product Launch: Accelero TWIN TURBO Pro GPU Cooler
looks nice, and I'm sure it does its job well, but the problem with these huge coolers is they take up too many adjacent slots. Say goodbye to at least 3, maybe 4 slots total if you put one of these on your GPU. That only leaves you with 3 or 4 other slots.

Re: Cooler Master Storm Sniper Computer Case Goes Black
yet another enthusiast case with only 7 expansion slots With SLI and crossfire going the way they're going, we need 8 expansion slots in case we hang a dual slot card off the end of our mobo. It would add nominal cost, and would open the door to more users. Seems like a no brainer to me. ](*,) That...

Nice try nvidia
They could have just said "this is a non working mockup" and we would be happy....but representing this as a working sample is BS

Re: Kingston Shows Off 12 'chained' SSDNow Series Drives
That would be great to have, but I would never ever have the need for something like it. I wonder how fast Photoshop would open though =D> Yea.....I actually these extreme SSD demonstrations are a bit counter-productive in that way. What Kingston should really do is just demonstrate what two of the...

The adaptors aren't terribly expensive....$30.....http://www.startech.com/item/DP2DVI-Dis ... apter.aspx
I think it would be worthwhile for me to buy two additional 4:3 20" panels to match my current Samsung, and buy one adaptor.

I would rather hanve the single slot EVGA 285 quad SLI edition. Better cooling, etc.
However, I also agree, the 5870 makes the 285 pretty irrelevant

Re: Having trouble selecting a case
I've been taking a hard look at the lian li lancool line of cases. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112237 #1. Their price is right #2 They're one of the few that support 8 expansion slots. If you ever go tri-sli or tri-fire you'll need all the slots you can get. #3. They loo...

I've been using Avast free on my PCs because I got the paid version for my WHS a while back. It's nice having centralized updates, etc.
