Re: Thermalright True Spirit CPU Cooler Review

Thanks for the review. It's amazing what this little thing is capable of (excepting extreme overclocks), and at a very reasonable price as well.

Re: Cooler Master Storm Sirus 5.1 Headset Review

Based on the raw spec's, you'd probably be best off with the HD280 Pro's, as they have a larger range 8-25,000Hz vs 10-100Hz, higher Signal to noise ratio, better impedance, and a lower harmonic distortion. If you want the Mic function, then you should grab a Zalman Clip-On Mic or get a better webc...

Re: New Roku 2 Players Sling Angry Birds to the TV

I've been looking at getting a media streamer lately, but I think I'll need something more universal than the Roku 2. Can anyone help point me in the right direction? Here's what I'm hoping to support: * Play Blu-ray iso's (yes, in .iso format) * Menus from within Blu-ray iso's (is this possible on ...

Re: Cooler Master Storm Sirus 5.1 Headset Review

Very nice! I'm strongly considering these, but since I just purchased a pair of Sennheiser HD 280 Pro's I'm having a hard time justifying more money spent. How do these compare audiophile-wise to the Sennheiser's?

Re: Sony Announces VAIO Z Series 13.1-inch Notebooks

Why can't they use Lucid Virtu with a dGPU (optionally connect) external GPU over Light Peak? Or even a x4 PCIe 3.0 connection? :) Then the external GPU could be a lot more powerful than this slow thing.

Re: OCZ RevoDrive 3 X2 480GB PCIe SSD Review

The literature passed to us from OCZ says the drive does support trim: VCA 2.0 is the only virtualization layer in the industry with TRIM and SCSI Unmap Support to enhance sustained performance by significantly reducing the overhead associated with garbage collection. Utilizes OCZ proprietary VCA 2...

Re: OCZ RevoDrive 3 X2 480GB PCIe SSD Review

Sweet review, thanks! Joe/Nate, what do you make of these statement with regards to Win7 TRIM support? The other major problem with the RevoDrive 3, and unfortunately one that won't be solved in the near future is that although the drive supports TRIM - Windows 7 won't pass the command to the drive....

Re: GlideTV Navigator HTPC Remote Review

I've been using the Logitech DiNovo Mini for quite a while now. I got it initially since it included the qwerty keyboard, rather than just function as a mouse pointer. I'm liking the newer price, maybe I'll give it a try.

I'm interested in seeing the USB adapter they got going there. What's on the fan side? Is it a proprietary connector or what? Any close up shots? Thanks LR :D
