If you can find other hardware to test and eliminate issue's it may be worth it. If you RMA the board and it turns out to be the processor, your down for twice the amount of time. If you don't have access to additional hardware go ahead and RMA the board. That's my thoughts on the whole RMA process....

You can always try GPUz. It will tell you the temps and fan speeds as well
