I found a company in California, who specialize on fixing problems like this. I found them on youtube and the guy seems to be very good. There is info in their video description, so I've sent them pictures of the issue and if they deem to be able to fix it, I will send the card to them for repair.....

WOW, it is bad if the regular tv speakers sound better! Maybe something wasn't working right? Audio out set to the wrong setting? Would be a shame to have to just send it back and start the looking all over again.

Not much else to say lol - They are already talking new GPU's ad they can't even keep up with the past 2 generations in production. Dollar signs are winning and the regular gamer is losing big time.

Run cpu-z and see if the SPD says XMP - if not then the memory doesn't support it.

I never had XMP ram as I can still adjust the speed in bios. I think xmp requires you go into bios also but it just has set profiles depending on the ram modules, motherboard and cpu.
