What I do is take both sticks out and try to boot. If it beebs all to hell than I know it isnt the MB bios. Then you can test from there.

Most motherboards will beep without memory but wont always if the memory is bad or isnt getting enough voltage.

Try what other said above and also try the computer without mem to see if it beeps. Nothing will show up but it should do something to tell you there isnt any ram.
